Electronic Signature Acknowledgement and Consent

By selecting “I Agree”, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the use of electronic signatures (“eSignatures”) in connection with the signing of certain documents and materials. By providing my electronic signature, I understand and agree to the following:

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
I acknowledge that the use of eSignatures is entirely voluntary, and I have the option to use traditional paper-based signatures if I so choose.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
I have the right to withdraw my consent to use eSignatures at any time. If I choose to do so, I understand that it may impact my ability to continue certain transactions electronically, and I may be required to use traditional paper-based methods.

LEGAL VALIDITY
I understand that my electronic signature has the same legal validity and enforceability as a traditional handwritten signature. The use of eSignatures is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic transactions.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
I consent to receive documents electronically and understand that they will be delivered in electronic form. These documents may include, but are not limited to, contracts, agreements, disclosures, notices, and any other documents required for business transactions.

REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS
I acknowledge that I have the right to review any document before electronically signing it. I also have the right to request a paper copy of any electronically signed document for my records.

SECURITY MEASURES
I understand that American Home Help takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and integrity of its electronic signature processes. However, I also acknowledge that no electronic transmission or storage of data can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCESS CREDENTIALS
I am responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any access credentials, such as usernames and passwords, required for eSignature purposes. I will promptly notify American Home Help if I suspect any unauthorized access or use of my eSignature credentials. By proceeding with the use of eSignatures, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this Electronic Signature Acknowledgment and Consent. I also acknowledge that my electronic signature serves as my legally binding agreement to the use of eSignatures for the documents and transactions as mentioned above.
